VII Tesimarató of the Faculty of Chemistry

The seventh edition of the Faculty of Chemistry’s Tesimarató will take place on Tuesday 19 November, organised as part of the Sant Albert events by the Faculty’s Language Promotion Committee. This is a day aimed at young researchers in which doctoral students from the Faculty present in Catalan the topic and objectives of their doctoral thesis work in very brief 4-minute speeches. This initiative aims to encourage and promote scientific communication among young researchers in an informative and dynamic format, which also allows to make known the research being carried out in the different areas and doctoral programmes in which the Faculty of Chemistry participates. The book of abstracts resulting from this activity will be published in open access in the UB’s Digital Repository.

The event will take place at 10 a.m. in the Aula Magna Enric Casassas.

The diplomas and distinctions will be awarded to participants the next day, 20 November, during the Sant Albert event, which will also be held in the Aula Magna Enric Casassas from 5 p.m. onwards.

Requirements: to be enrolled during the academic year 2024-2025 in a doctoral programme in which the Faculty of Chemistry participates and not to have defended the thesis before 19 November 2024.
