Lecture of the PhD Program in Organic Chemistry
06 March 2026 - 12:00
Next Friday, March 6th, at 12:00 PM, in the Eduard Fonserè Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Physics, we will host a new activity of the PhD Programme in Organic Chemistry with a different format from usual: it will consist of two short talks, each lasting approximately 15–20 minutes.
The first talk, delivered by Dr. Sander Woutersen (University of Amsterdam), is entitled Active polymers: from living blobs to worm chromatography (Ig Nobel Prize for Chemistry, 2024)”. The speaker asks attendees to bring their mobile phones, as the presentation will include an online quiz in which participants can win a prize.
The second short talk will be given by Dr. Giulia Giubertoni (InspectT) and is entitled Resolving Chemical Size and Structure in a Single, Affordable Step with Optical-DOSY”.
